¡Buenos días! El pasado jueves pasé una mañana estupenda en una de las terraza más bonitas del centro de Madrid. Rodeada de amigas, tuvimos una clase de yoga impartida por la genial Stacy Viva. Yo ya había hecho yoga, pero este fue muy diferente y divertido, el llamado "Viva Yoga Sculpt" creado por ella y que combina el uso de pesas.
Después del ejercicio, que duró aproximadamente una hora, pasamos a tomar un tentempié saludable con los smoothies hechos a base de las bebidas vegetales de Alpro de Cental Lechera Asturiana. ¿Mi favorito? El de bebida de coco con fresas, ¡estaba buenísimo! La verdad es que cogí un montón de ideas para desayunos o meriendas diferentes y saludables.
